Before joining Dovetail Group, Tracey worked as customer service manager, managing over 100 accounts in hospitality sector.

Tracey now oversees the daily operations of our busy reactive maintenance department, and is your first port of call for all facilities enquiries.

Tracey brings to Dovetail Group (uk) outstanding organisation and excellent customer service for all of our clients, and since joining us in 2017, she has quickly become an integral member of our management team.
