Dovetail Group's environmental team was tasked with the vegetation works and embankment clearances at Blythe Waters in Solihull. A project that was estimated to take 2 weeks, however Dovetail were forced to adapt and complete the project sooner due to the storm, to avoid health and safety risks, or any potential delays.
People and operational excellence
With the start date set to commence on the 14th of February, Dovetail were expecting a 2 week job across all the vegetation works at Blythe Waters.
