Laura Butterworth
Training Director - Occupational Health Services
Laura has been instrumental in the development of Dovetail Group. Laura is a key member of the team and over sees a lot of the client relations, and in house staff management, really reinforcing the family values within the company that her and Lee represent so proudly. Whilst relatively new to training, Laura brings many years of medical and nursing experience. Amongst her qualifications, she holds BSC (Hons) in Adult Nursing, Level 3 Award in Education and Training and Level 3 Award Advanced First Aid Instructor.

Hayley has an extensive background in training and development, with her impressive range of qualifications, and her wealth of experience as a qualified nurse she brings an unquestionable level of knowledge to Dovetail Group. Hayley is the head of the training academy, and will be overseeing all the courses and qualifications, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards enabling the best development for your team.
